Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline Cookie Jar Company, LLC rules and regulations. By making a payment the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Return and Refund Policy:

Our cookies are handmade to order and are perishable so we cannot offer a refund or exchange on cookies. Ingredients have to be purchased before baking so we cannot offer a refund on cancellations made within three days of order.  

Payments:

For catering orders a 50% non refundable down payment is required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due three days before your event date.
